: : : : : I saw an interview on "ET This Week" last night, and they had an interview with George Lucas that cast a completely different spin to what we've been reading recently. In the SW catagory, he was asked if a certain actor had been approached to play a principle part in the second SW movie. Lucas said he hadn't even fleshed out the storyline yet, let alone considered WHO he'd have in the movie yet, so the answer was no. This is a complete contridiction to what we've read to date, that being SW had the front seat, and IJ was on a back burner until this was done. This lead up to the question, "Will there be a fourth Indy movie, considering Harrison Ford said he'd like to do one?". Lucas said,"Absolutely. I have TWO scripts for consideration (caps for emphasis are mine) and all I'm waiting for is a phone call from Steven and Harrison. I'm ready to go!" Hummmm. This was from Lucas' own mouth, not a producer's or Hollywood "insider". Interesting. Regards. Michaelson

: : : The problem with following something we love so much, is the constant wrong turns of information. I guess we need to wait until we hear it from the source and not anyone else! I hope they do decide to do it soon because Harrison IS getting a little too old for this sort of thing.

: : Between you and me, I'll start getting excited when a trailer is released just prior to the movie hitting the screen. How about you? Regards. Michaelson

: Michaelson,
: Just out of curiosity, did you actually see and hear this from Lucas mouth?? Im totally with you on the trailer part! Take care,
: G.J.R.

Of the entire segment, that's the ONLY part I can actually say he said verbatim, as the show was on at midnight, and I really wasn't all that interested in the SW part, but when they scene of Indy switching the sand for the idol scene was shown, and they asked him the question about Indy IV, needless to say my attention was grabbed immediately. Regards. Michaelson (oh, by the way, old G.J.R., you'll find my email address on this link. give me a yell, I can't seem to get access to yours. Regards.)
