Actually, Indy 4 is still in pre-production on the script stage. Filming won't begin until late 1999 or the year 2000, so the picture might be released in the winters, just like the current bond series has done. Check out http://indianajones.simplenet.com/indy4.htm. There you will find an interview with Rick McCallum, who clearly states what has been mentioned above.
