Well, it is working. But once in a while (BTW more seldom than any MS operating system) the chat hangs up. If you drop me a mail I will simply reset the chat and it works fine afterwards.
Some more tips:
- After you typed something you can hit RETURN or hit the 'SAY IT' button.
- If you just want to refresh the page and not say anything use the 'REFRESH' button.
- If you can't login with you name you (or someone with the same name) are already in the chat. If you have not left the room using the 'EXIT' button the chat does not know that you have left. To enter again use a differtent nickname.
- If you get droped out without a reason the chat has hanged up -> drop me a mail.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the chatroom but in any chase it would be a lot more helpful to write me that to use bad language (like you did in the chatroom).
