Indy doesn't have to go after a NEW treasure everyweek. Scrooge McDuck used to take like 5 episodes to find something...The whole series or year or whatever could be for one artifact.

: okay what would indy do each week. go after treasures. batman and stuff work because of the plethora of villains etc. a weekly indy would not be a good idea unless they opened it up to other types of stories.

: : : Is there any reason why an animated Indy series like Batman's could'nt work? As long as Harrison Ford does the voice it would work. George Lucas's track record with good animation is crappy, but theres always hope for the future exception. Steven Spielberg's is slightly better, but its so f****** scmaltzy. All you need is someone like Paul Dini to care about and oversee the production. This sort of project would have no problem attracting the best writers and artists. Why not make it?

: : Hey. I totally agree. I don't even see the need for Harrison Ford to
: : do the voice of Indy. I know that may sound sacreligious, but anyone
: : who commands multiple millions for films most likely won't be doing
: : a daily/weekly series as a voice-over actor. And I second your
: : nomination of Paul Dini. You always get quality work out of him.
: : My two cents.
