How come they don't do this?

I'm not a big fan of the Young Indy Chronicles but I'd like to see them do one about Indy and Marion's affair. It would take place ten years before "Raiders" and could feature Indy and Abner Ravenwood on a quest that has some connection to the Ark (since that was Abner's obsession).
If they are afraid of the age difference between Indy and Marion (Marion 15 and Indy 25 or 26) then I'd have no problem with them making Marion a little older, say 17 or 18.
There could even be a place for a young Belloq since he and Indy were students together and maybe make a younger Forrestal as a villain too.

What do you guys think?
And how come nobody on this site has written some fan fiction about this?
