Someone is obviously just trying to make a buck. They bought a fedora at Disneyland and brought it to the Tonight Show to get an autograph- and probably never had any intetion of keeping it. I wouldn't go near this.

Now an original Fedora from one of the films that was autographed- that would be awesome (and it would cost a fortune!)
