He didn't decline that it wasn't another project, but he did make perfectly clear that it is not being worked on. Besides, won't the new Indy be a Dreamworks SKG project, seeing as how Spielberg is heading it up? Paramount released the three movies, not Lucasfilm, so it only seems logical.
