I have noticed a lot of posts about the Aldens recently.

Here are my suggestions:

For sizing, I recommend that you visit your local shoe store
to be fitted by a professional--an orthopedic dealer is best, as he
may be familiar with the boots. The 405's do fit a little large (said to be 1/2 size). Every foot is different, so it never hurts to call before ordering.

For purchasing your Aldens, please visit the link below to the Alden Shop. Allen White has been gracious enough to work with Indyfans
on sizing & has provided us information for a couple of years now.
You can do your order over the phone or online.
**It is not necessary to go through an orthopedic dealer!
