It is has no visible markings, but it has been "distressed" a lot. I don't see another hook. Note that when the holster is on the belt, the angle is such that the top of the revolver (the hammer end) tips forward at a rather big angle, and the barrel tips toward the rear. This makes for a somewhat unusual carrying angle. I have seen guns carried that way in old photos.
