I think that's just a promotional mock-up. In fact, I KNOW that's just a mock-up. The ads here have the decent art on them and if you look round various shop/preview sites there's a number of different CG covers...

Of course. Did all you UK-landlocked Indyfans know that ALL US video tapes (bar say... Disney and other kids ones) come in those cardboard "envelope" things that the Star Wars SE vids did? Not a plastic case in sight... Still, they get videos for about half the price we do and they get INDY. So I suppose I can live with it...
