: It is has no visible markings, but it has been "distressed" a lot. I don't see another hook. Note that when the holster is on the belt, the angle is such that the top of the revolver (the hammer end) tips forward at a rather big angle, and the barrel tips toward the rear. This makes for a somewhat unusual carrying angle. I have seen guns carried that way in old photos.

Yes, those holsters do tip forward a bit. The extra-hook on the back
above the belt loop is for the Sam Browne belt, the shoulder strap
that is. Maybe the one you have wasn't designed to be worn with it.
Check out the picture of the replica Webley holster at Indy Gear. It
shows the hook on the back, though the the belt loop doesn't seem to
be correct on that.
