That is pushing the boundaries - generally 10-20 days in transit is in the ballpark. I do know that Wested has told me an item has shipped, only to find that it really did not. Somebody may not have liked how a seam looked, etc...

Call directly. Ask them to trace the package. The parcels are all insured - per Peter on one of mine that appeared to be lost. It turned out that one of the people there had decided they didn't like the way the lining looked. They pulled it out of the lot going out and put in a new lining - all without anybody really tracking it. When it did go out, it went ParcelForce Standard 10 day delivery, rather then Datapost 4 day. All that added about 2 weeks to when Peter thought I would get it.

It all boils down to this - Wested makes the best jackets you will ever find. They are honest and hard working people who take a great deal of pride in their work. As businesspeople, well...
