In TOD, after Indy comes face to face with the fake cobra after
taking the sacred stones out of the skull, it moves after he tips his
hat. you can't see this in pan&scan. Also, the scene in Raiders
where indy and Sallah lift the ark out of the stone case is
beautifully designed for widescreen. In P&S, you get the tips of
their faces and it's scrunched. There's much, much more, or course.
