While I do like some of the new linking material, I for one really enjoyed George Hall as Old Indy; I also feel that the majority of the episodes worked better when told bookended with scenes of Indy reminiscing. Somehow, the context made them seem more meaningful and complete to me. Of course, dispensing with the framing sequences and reediting the material into chronological order DOES make it easier to organize the videos... :-D

I’d like to see the eventual DVD releases include both versions of the episodes. It could easily be done. While the default versions could be the current ones, one could switch to see them in the original form they took on ABC - wouldn’t that be cool?
