As I mentioned a little bit further down, I love "The Last Crusade" too. It really got into some interesting issues explaining why Indy is who he is and you also see a different side of him when he's dealing with his father.

I'm not sure about having to either like or hate Indy and that's it. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and just because there might be some aspects of the movies that some don't care for doesn't mean they aren't "true" fans. There are even a few things I don't care for in "TOD" (although, don't get me wrong. Its still a great movie).
