Images on boxed set

I just picked up my Widescreen Edition of the new boxed set of the
Indy triology (with Treasure of the Peacock's Eye as a bonus).
Besides loving the widescreen, I noticed three images were reversed:
one on top of the box itself (notice Indy is holding the bag of sand
in the wrong hand), the second on the back of the Raiders slip cover
(same reversed image as on the storage box), and the third on the
back of the TOD slip cover (notice the strap is over Indy's left
shoulder rather than his right).

I wonder who was responsible for the oversights?
