The one my Grandpa gave to me is like this. The back on mine has the straps, but it's less like Indy's than this one. The front on mine however looks more like Indy's. It has the same style bomber-type cargo pocket, with flaps.

His first wife gave it to him in 1949. He wore it EVERYWHERE(all over the U.S.) until she passed away in '56. When I saw it, it had been hanging in his closet since then. When he saw how much I liked it, he gave it to me. It's a very cool jacket and one of my most prized possessions.
