How many of you Indy Fans have dealt with Herbert Johnson?

To all Indy fans:

Iam sure that you guys know that you can't REALLY be the
authenic Indy Jones without the special HJ hat. Well, I may
get one and would like to know how many of you guys have delt with
Mr. Swales. Iam getting a McAlpine and would like to know how did
he except payment? How long did it take to get you hat? How many times
did you have to contact him? What's the deal? Thanks for reading.
