My parents ordered the hat for me for my b-day(in June)of this year, so I'm not sure what all the extra charges were.(I do know that on the jacket I ordered last year I was never even sent a customs bill.) I have paid as much as $32 in customs charges before. I don't know how much customs would charge you for the hat.

I know it seems impossible, but the hat was ordered on a Tuesday and recieved the next Monday or Tuesday. Though, I've heard others waiting quite awhile for their hats. I guess it just depends on when you order. I am happy with how my hat looks, so I didn't modify the shape at all.
