They are indeed Struzan's work. But I think he had to rush them out cause they don't have the top-notch finished look of his Star Wars posters or even the Indy book covers. Hopefully, Lucas will have him do new artwork for the Ford films when he releases them in a four DVD boxed set after Indy 4 is made.
