On SotE you hear the snow and stormtroopers yelling "Hey there he is!" and you even hear them do the canned scream if they fall off a cliff after you shoot 'em. And on Jedi Knight and Mystery of the Sith you hear stormtroopers talking to each other sometimes if you don't let 'em see ya and if you get in the way of people who are walking they would say something like "Get out of my way!" and when you are fighting a bad guy near citizens you hear people saying "Don't hurt me!" And other stuff. So it's a total possibility. They talk to theirselves just as much as you say they do. See ya, Shorty.
