You either need a 3D acceleration card (additional hardware that is used to draw graphics, relieveing work from the CPU, average price: $120-$250 (I have seen some older used ones for $30-$70)), or if you have a 3D acceleration card, you need one with more memory. Some cards support additional RAM, so you may only need to buy extra RAM for the card, My card is 3 years old, and only has 2 megabytes of RAM, and it works just fine with the demo.
