Erm....since when has age stopped people making movies? D'you really think George Lucas is going to pension such a successful franchise as the Indy movies just because its star has aged? If - as the rumours occasionally indicate - Indy IV comes out in 2002, Harrison will only have JUST turned 60 when the movie is released!

Don't forget, it was only one year ago he did a semi-actioner with "Six Days, Seven Nights" and just two years ago when he amply suited the actioner role in "Air Force One". You should have a bit more faith in Ford's ability to keep his energy. The way you talk about him makes him sound like he's walking round with a cane...

Sean Connery was 53 when he made "Never Say Never Again". True, it was a dire non-official Bond movie, but it still showed that even if you're over 50 you can still pull off an action movie. In this month's Empire magazine, Ford explains why he plays so many reluctant hero roles - he's good at them.

Time and time again he's expressed interest at another Indy and another Jack Ryan movie. I'm sure the studios would be thrilled with Harrison Ford if he turned round and said "Nope, too old for that, sorry". Paramount wants to make Indy IV, Lucas wants to, so does Ford. How about wait-and-see before predicting the future?
