I believe "Sad Devotion" is a nod to the Emperor's quote from Return of the Jedi (Yes; more Star Wars, sorry) and not the heart stopping insult to us Indy fans you perceive it to be... And don't write the guy off just because he feels pessemistic about Indy IV! I personally look forward to another final installment and agree with the comments about Connery (and especially those about Never say Never!!!) but I can also see the points working against a new Indy movie.

Still - look at the video interviews with Ford - apart from his characteristic drawl, he's looking as good as ever and certainly not looking his age! He'll be fine as long as red tape doesn't prevent another movie till 2099!!
