UK Infernal Release Date?

Does anyone know the exact release date for the Infernal Machine in the UK? I'm going completely crazy. I have to wait to play this game and have to wait until January 10th to get the new videos.

Also, the UK boxset apparently doesn't include "Peacock's Eye". I think this may be because the Young Indy videos are not going to be released in the UK. I've read that the fourth video is a Making of... type affair. Does anyone know about this? Is it just the interviews from the US tapes edited into one?
