Hey. I'd say that Indy got another jacket between Raiders and Crusade.
It's not unthinkable that Indy repaired the jacket after being shot, but
with the sort of life Indy led, I'm sure his clothes took a lot of
abuse. I think it would be cool to see Indy's closet in the next
movie and see it filled with row after row of identical jackets and
hats. Just my two cents.
