Embarassed to be an Indy Fan?!?

That's pretty ridiculous that you are embarassed to be an Indy fan because you don't think the SPFX are holding up well. First off, the SPFX are not what made the movies great. Second, I'm sure there are more people out there who remember the Indy movies fondly than those that disliked them. This is like saying "I'm embarassed to admit I like Casablanca because it's in black & white."

: I think that Lucasfilm needs to do a special edition of the Indy films. When you watch them in 1999, they don't hold up that well. The special effects and stunts look just awful after all this time has passed. I'm now embarrased to admit to anybody that I am an Indy fan. If anyone asks me about Indy, I act like he's no longer cool and act like I'm glad that they will never make another one. Lucasfilm needs to redo the sound and picture quality too. It's such a shame. In their day, those were pretty good films. But now in 1999, those films look worse than the action movie seriels from the 1920's.
