: In the Shamballa Sanctuary level (chapter 4), each time the Ice Guardian takes a swipe at me, the "Great Monastic Seal" appears on the bottom right of my screen as if I had just picked it up, and then my game crashes and exits. The same thing happened to us...several times...the answer is your quicksave game! we deleted the quicksave game
and started with one of our regular saved games and it worked fine..It also happned
again later in the game..same thing..quicksave file was bad :( hope this
helps!
