Stand on the side of the shack with the window. You can see a keg of TNT inside. Shoot it. The other side of the shack will blow open. Go inside and get the drive chain. Put the chain on the the machine at the canyon. Then pull the lever and ride the machine down. Down there, get the wheel off the cart. The watch is by the skeleton at the other end of the canyon. Ride the machine back up. Hope this helps.

I'm stuck on this level too. I have two of the golden arms covering the door off. I know what I need to do, I just can't figure out how to do it.
