stuck in meroe

i'm stuck in chapter 12 of the Infernal Machine... that's the first pyramid level. i'm at the hint X on the map that's near the ledge with the broken handcart tracks. i don't know what i'm supposed to do... i already have the eye jewel that the nubian boy gets for ya and i don't see anything else to do there. any hints? thanks.
