: : This message is just to ask if Lexol/Letap does actually changes the original colour of the Wested Leather Jackets in any way?, even slightly?.... I would like to matte/darken the colour a little bit, what product would you recommend?.... Appreciate your answers. Thanks.

: My experience with Lexol is that is does not darken the leather. It does, however, give the leather a richer, deeper sheen. Maybe I'm splitting hairs, but that's the best description I can give. Hope this helps.

I have not experienced any darkening of the leather using either product. If your leather has some slight distressing, though, from use (and I'm talking about jackets starting out in the non-distressed versions) they tend to redarken to the approximate original coloring. Regards. Michaelson
