Well, you can download a program called MAME on the web. Then you can download the ROMs for the actual TOD arcade game. I don't know how legal it is but if you want the game, you can find it. Just start a search in Yahoo for mame. Also look for a site with the name Emuviews.

I have seen the arcade emulator(mame) and the TOD roms online before.
