Just how thin is the Wested 'Skin'?? (That rhymes)

I'm planing on ordering a 'Raiders' version for myself as a personal christmas present, and I was just curious. My regular jacket is a thin black nylon number that is very light so I dont think It'll be too much of a shock if the Wested is light and 'flimsy'.
