: When you first enter the pool room and run to the left(turn invisible to avoid being shocked) there is a skeleton with a trauma kit next to it., look up. There is a whip post there, but you must be standing on the second step to be able to wrap onto it. Climb up the whip and run all the way around to the right. Veer to the right next to the fence, don't be fooled by the third whip post. When you finally reach the corner you will be on a ledge that you can slide off of. You have to time the slide/jump right to reach the next ledge. This will get you upstairs. Thats a real blast up there.
