Wested fax question

Any ideas how to get a fax into Wested? I have dialed their number several times, but keep getting a request for the country's code from a live operator. I, of course, don't have a fax with a hand set, nor do I have any idea what they're wanting anyway. Ideas? Regards. Michaelson
