You'll need to jump up to the rafter above the room(stand in the carpeted area with your whip). From there you use your whip and swing to the platform under the window. After the plant buds you can give it to the old woman. If you have any further problems you should check the forums at Indy's Inferno. They have many answers to problems that come up in the game. This way you don't have to wait for someone to reply. Good Luck...
