Hi Abner, It’s not one of David Morgan’s bullwhips. I am pretty sure it’s the same one Mark Allen sells. Aside from the shape of the turkshead knot on the end of the handle. The easiest way to tell the difference is that David Morgan uses 3 strands of Kangaroo lace when braiding his turkshead, Mark’s people use two. Hope this helps

I never realized how nice the Indy style whip looks in that mahogany color though.
