For everyone who's computer freezes at the end of Peru chapter

I got an email from lucasarts today. The guy said to try climbing above the boulder. Instead of crouching like I've been doing, I got to the wall and looked up. There is a place to whip onto. I did that and climbed the whip, the boulder missed me and went to the cut scene. The game didn't freeze up. There's not much more after that, but at least I won't have to keep restarting my computer. Now, as for the patch and the disappearing Dr.Volodnikov...
