Anybody ever hear the term Naked Cowhide?

I was checkin' out a couple bomber jacket websites and I came across a term I ain't never heard before. Some of the jackets were described as "naked cowhide". Does this mean that there's no fabric cuffs on the sleeves and bottom of the jacket? Or does it have to do with the type of leather? I'm thinkin' of orderin' one of 'em but I'd REALLY like to know what this means. I appreciate any help you could give.
