Does it do any good to email Wested?

I spoke to them 3 weeks ago and they assured me that my replacement jacket would be here within two weeks. I hesitate to make another long distance call about this. I know they had a theft, but I have been waiting since July. I did get my jacket back in September, but needed to send it back for alteration. I am going crazy about this. I know they had a theft, but this has been going on way too long. They are always very nice, but I want my jacket!

My main question is, are they answering emails again? Thanks for the feedback
