Will he? Won't he? "Yes" on the Big Breakfast (UK)

Seems IGN think HF *is* up for another crack of the whip:

"Seems that Harrison has a different understanding of the situation, saying on the UK's Big Breakfast show that, "Steven and George will not be available until 2005, and I don't know whether I'll be fit or interested at that point, but I hope it could happen before that." Come 2005, Ford will be 63. So, if the film gets made, it will likely follow a storyline with the older Indy and a younger sidekick."

From this it seems that Harrison wants to do one more film, but wants to do it soon but not at all. They CAN NOT(!!!!) introduce a sidekick to "take over" from Jones though (which IGN suggests in the rest of their story). Anyway, Steve and George seem fairly sure of this screenplay they already have. So there you go.
