Contrary to Max's experience with Peter, I ordered my jacket (including
credit card information - I'm not as concerned about security as are
others) via email and received a confirmation from Peter within two
working days (the email was sent late Friday afternoon). In the same
way, I requested my certificate of authenticity and received a pleasant
response within three or four days. I would recommend you give Peter
a week or two and, if you still haven't received a confirmation, send
Peter a follow up email with a reference to your first email.
