Abner, I have a few questions about your pre-distressed Last Crusade jacket

I noticed on Indygear you wrote that your pre-distressed last crusade jacket has darkened a little bit from leather dressings. Is it darker today than it is in the picture? Or was it at one time lighter than the picture? And what dressings darken the jacket? I've got the same jacket ordered from Wested so I am wondering the best way to take care of it. Thank you
