Surely the fact that we are all in here discussing Indy ten years after the last movie was made shows something about how great the films and characters are. We don't need a new film every two years to keep us interested. Those three films are absolute classics.

I loved the Mummy, but good SFX do not a good movie make.

Brendan Fraser's character was a meat head - and the film was a rip off/remake of an old film and I wonder if it would have been made had Indy not been so popular.
