Don’t let this bullwhip auction get you too upset. More than one bullwhip was used in filming, several have been up for auction before. Some reside in personal collections, some are on display at various theme restaurants. Ford owns one, and I would imagine Lucas film achieves has the rest. Personally I can’t figure out why they cataloged it as a 16 plait whip.
