Sorry for the posting problems

The original WWWboard script didn't count on multiple people posting to it at once. I've put "fixes" in to prevent corrupting the Forum when people post coincidentally, however, it's very difficult to test by myself. You're my beta testers. Hopefully, this time we have it. (I always say that don't I?)
