Lacking a membership to the WGA does not rule out your script for possible sale, the problem here is they're writing about a entity that's anothers legal property - a big no-no.

I'm writing a Bond script, but have no intention of selling it, because, I can get slapped with numerous suits from EON, et al.

If the Three Amigos want to continue writing the script, I say we have it be an IndyFan exclusive. Sound good?
