You are correct. Miller Hats does not return your money, only exchanges. I bought a hat from them that they said was a 7 3/8 but was much too small. I have 2 other 7 3/8 Stetsons that fit fine so I'm curious how they size their hats. The INNER sticker label said 7 1/4 but the back label by the little inner bow said 7 3/8. So I'm getting a 7 1/2 in hopes that it fits better and they did NOT cover the re-shipping charges. We'll see....should come in about 2 more days.
