E-mailing Wested...

I e-mailed Wested 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear a response. Far be it from me to be impatient, but is this normal? How long does it normally take for a response from the company? I have no problem waiting, I was just wondering.....cause after my questions are answered I want to order my jacket :)
