I want to know who to complain to for this injustice. We're not talking about 8-tracks here...this is DVD!!!!

Yeah, I don't understand this obsession with the format. After all, they DID release 'em on VHS. I love DVD, and while I do occasionally notice a clearer picture, the reasons I love them so are because of the extras (like trailers and making of specials), the commentaries (I love those! Especially the wacky ones, like on the Evil Dead/Army of Darkness or Austin Powers ones) and the fact that there isn't any freakin' tape to get eaten up. I'd definately love to see DVD's of Indiana Jones and Star Wars, especially with some interesting commentaries by Lucas & Spielberg.
